1. Foreground focal point (FFP) grid
Use the grid MPR-4 engraved on glass, which allows the reticle subdivisions to be valid at any magnification level. This means you can use the reticle markings for distance estimates, windage or ballistic drop corrections, at both 6× and 24×, without having to recalculate.
2. Magnification range 6–24× (4× true zoom)
This range allows for great versatility: with 6× you can work at medium distances with greater speed and field of view, while with 24× you can shoot accurately at long distances, observing fine details of the target.
3. 44 mm objective lens with fully multi-coated optics
The 44mm diameter helps capture a good amount of light, resulting in brighter images with better contrast, especially useful during sunrises, sunsets, or in low-light conditions. The lenses are coated with multiple layers to minimise reflections, improve light transmission, and provide uniform sharpness from the centre to the edges of the field of view.
4. 30 mm single-tube, robust construction
Manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminium 6061-T6, The Veyron has a single 30 mm tube (monotube), which provides excellent rigidity to withstand recoil and vibrations and maintain zero. Its assembly allows you to use 30 mm rings, which is an advantage over smaller tubes, as it offers a greater range of adjustment.
5. Precise turret adjustments with lock + zero-stop on some modelsThe turrets have clicks of 1/10 THOUSAND (i.e., 0.1 milliradian per tick) that allow for very fine adjustments. In addition, some versions include turret locking system (lift to adjust, press to lock) to prevent accidental adjustments. They also feature Zero-Reset or “Zero Stop” on some models, which makes it easy to return to the original zero without losing the settings.
6. Parallax adjustment / Side Focus
Allows you to adjust the parallax from 10 yards (≈9 metres) to infinity. This allows nearby targets to be focused on accurately, reducing parallax error.
7. Dimensions, weight, and ergonomics
Total length ≈ 295–300 mm (11.6–11.8 inches).
Weight of ~ 580–590 g (≈20.5–20.6 oz).
Eye relief of ≈ 90–85 mm (≈3.5-3.4″) which provides comfort to the user and allows sights to be mounted on bolt-action rifles or platforms where the receiver or stock are located relatively close together.
8. Robustness and adverse conditions
Impact resistance up to 750 g.
Waterproof rating IPX4, which provides protection against splashes from any direction) and nitrogen filling to prevent internal fogging.
Matte black finish, which reduces annoying reflections.
9. Items included
The Veyron comes ready for immediate use. Some of the accessories typically included are:
30 mm Weaver/Dovetail mounting rings.
Folding lens covers.
Parasol with honeycomb design to reduce glare.
Cleaning cloth.
