Shipment of products

Orders will be delivered within a maximum period of 72 hours to the address and in the name of the person or persons listed as the contact person on the order, and always from Monday to Saturday (except when other times are indicated by the transport company).

For international shipments (Ceuta and Melilla) shipping costs may vary depending on the area and its customs policy. Invoices are not sent unless specifically indicated in the order. However, invoices generated from an order will be available from this website, by accessing the private user area available through email identification and password.

Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we give consumers a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return, the amount will be credited to the same method of payment made.

Return of products

In compliance with current regulations, any item purchased in this online shop can be returned within 2 days from the date of receipt as perishable items, without having to provide any explanation, as long as it is returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, it will be accepted without further ado.

Within an estimated period of 10 to 20 days from receipt of the return, we undertake to reimburse you using the same method of payment if possible.

Cancellation of an order

If the cancellation of the order is made before the goods leave the producer's premises, the customer shall not incur any costs. In case of cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the order.
